<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Developing commercial air conditioners

<Job Responsibilities>
You will be responsible for refrigeration cycle design and team management in the development group for air conditioners mainly used in commercial facilities and stores.
- With reference to the company's own base model, adjust specifications to meet the standards, regulations, and requirements of the sales region.
e.g.
- Consider combinations of base models and hardware changes, and calculate target specs.
- Adjustment of operation parameters of refrigeration cycle
- Compliant with standards by adjusting display specifications
- Evaluation of the development model on the actual machine, and modification and setting of the evaluation set
- Creation of materials necessary for development (specifications, design documents, review materials, etc.)
- Creation of drawings for related parts, creation of composition table, confirmation of contents of instruction manuals, creation of materials for standard application

- Management of team members and assistance with development project management
- Consideration of work schedule and work assignment, design review with manager
- Other assigned tasks

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electronics/Power Electronics or any related field
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
- At least 1 years experience in designing air conditioning equipment
- Have management experience

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of designation in air conditioner structure for external product.
- Knowledge of designation in air conditioner performance and refrigerating unit system in an internal of air conditioners.
- Experience in evaluating air conditioners
- Examination of air conditioner control parameter specifications
- Experience responding to development work events and reviewing
- Work experience at a Japanese company
- Can use CAD 2D/3D / Knowledge
- Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations for air conditioners around the world
- Design experience in compliance with international safety standards (IEC 60335, etc.)
