Procurement Planning Officer (28K-30K) (JO-180515-162309)
Work outline: Responsible for finding new suppliers and market research
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct new supplier sourcing. (This will require the candidate to go outside – company’s car will be provided)
Market research (supplier’s information, market trends, trading regulations etc.)
Events (seminar/meeting) organization, coordination, preparation and being as vacillator (about 20%)
Visit group companies in Thailand in order to check the production trend, ensure overall needs and problems, progress of projects, etc.
Gathering information from national staff in group companies (to roll the bridge of communication between national staff & Japanese expatriate)
Participate Thailand group companies meeting ex. Vendor conference, urgent meeting (delivery or quality issue) and factory audit.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience of working as a buyer at least more than 3 years (preferred manufacturing company)
Basic knowledge of raw materials, processing ways, electrical & electronic parts, assembly processing parts, contracts and trading rules
Ability to communicate well, honestly & patiently with high intercommunication skill
Good leadership, presentation, and public speaking skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online searching tools
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (08:00AM – 17:00PM)
