Processing engineer (22K–35K) (SDG-108795)

<Job responsibilities>
- Press processing workers, people who can view and create 2D and 3D drawing data.
- Creation of parts drawings from structural drawings → production preparation planning → Trial confirmation → Mass production condition evaluation and related document Creation
- Department POSITION Ladder and above (management related to process design and Manufacturing)
- Department profitability, improvement, etc.
- Work related to product Cost estimation, capacity verification, and Cost analysis
- Operations related to the launch and promotion of new/changed products, equipment, Manufacturing lines, etc.
- Work related to processing process design
- Work related to pre-production preparation and production promotion of equipment and Manufacturing lines
- Utilization of core tools (management/analysis) in product process design/production stage and operations related to in-factory deployment
- Support work related to on-site technology and quality improvement
- Work related to the establishment of shared standards
- Work related to Establishing Manufacturing standards for individual products
- Overall management of factory equipment and measuring instruments, and Operations related to comprehensive preventive maintenance.
- Operations related to equipment installation (selection), inspection, and maintenance
- Operations related to information exchange and issuance management of external documents, documents, (specifications, drawings, Manufacturing documents, etc.)
- Work related to system FLOW control and operation
- Work related to proposal and production of mechanisms, jig and tool production, and maintenance aimed at improving efficiency.
- Deep Understanding of Japanese companies.
- Production planning (3 months)
*PO, FC confirmation, material acceptance, storage, discharging, production planning, shipping, master time management, personnel management, cost verification, etc.
- Other tasks as asigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor's degree of mechanical engineer or any related
・At least 1 years of experience as process engineer in manufacturing company
・Conversational middle level of English
・Can take action by themselves
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Manufacturing company
・Working experience in electrical or Automotive industry
・Personality： Enthusiastic, diligent, patient and good human relations
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 7:45-16:45(Monday - Friday (Saturday working : Every other Saturday, (plan to change no Sat working from 2025))
