Process Section Manager (Set Up New Factory) (50K–60K) (SDG-100914)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายกระบวนการ (ตั้งโรงงานใหม่)
<Job responsibilities>
・Assist the factory manager
・Coordination and guidance among managers and field workers to achieve plant-wide goals
・Assist in the development of new products
・Improve efficiency of line operations
・Optimization of work and personnel allocation (formulation of short-, medium-, and long-term work and personnel plans)
・Improvement of labor productivity through operational improvements
Identification of problems that occur daily, analysis of their causes, and recommendation of countermeasures
・Optimal material selection and storage
＜Detail＞
1. Production planning, (order, delivery, production and shipping management)
2. Factory line management (productivity, quality guidance, improvement, etc.)
3. Factory inventory control (raw materials, sub-materials, work-in-process, products)
4. Factory personnel management (number of workers required, overtime, approval for working on holidays)
5. Factory maintenance planning and management (daily, weekly, monthly)
6. Factory-wide status monitoring and coordination with each department and report to the factory manager
7. Other duties as assigned by JP Manager
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
・ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการโรงงาน
・การประสานงานและคำแนะนำระหว่างผู้จัดการและพนักงานภาคสนามเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทั่วทั้งโรงงาน
・ช่วยเหลือในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
・ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของการปฏิบัติงานในสายการผลิต
・การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและการจัดสรรบุคลากร (การกำหนดแผนงานและบุคลากรระยะสั้น ระยะกลาง และระยะยาว)
・การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของแรงงานผ่านการปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงาน
การระบุปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นรายวัน การวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ และข้อเสนอแนะของมาตรการรับมือ
・การเลือกและการจัดเก็บวัสดุที่เหมาะสม
＜รายละเอียด><
1. การวางแผนการผลิต (การสั่งซื้อ การส่งมอบ การผลิต และการจัดการการขนส่ง)
2. การจัดการสายการผลิตในโรงงาน (ผลผลิต คำแนะนำด้านคุณภาพ การปรับปรุง ฯลฯ)
3. การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังของโรงงาน (วัสดุหลัก วัสดุรอง งานระหว่างทำ ผลิตภัณฑ์)
4. การบริหารจัดการบุคลากรโรงงาน (จำนวนคนงานที่ต้องการ, ค่าล่วงเวลา, การอนุมัติให้ทำงานในวันหยุด)
5. การวางแผนและบริหารจัดการการบำรุงรักษาโรงงาน (รายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน)
6. ติดตามสถานะโรงงานและประสานงานกับแต่ละแผนกและรายงานต่อผู้จัดการโรงงาน
7. หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 5-7 years working experience as Management factory in food industry
(*okra, baby corn, mango, asparagus is prefer)
・Conversational middle level of English
Understanding of managerial figures (PL, cost accounting, expenses, profit, etc.)
・Experience in general delivery management
・General knowledge of materials
・IT skills and literacy for quantitative and qualitative business reporting
・Experience in establishment and operation of food sanitation management methods such as HACCP
・Experience or knowledge of trade operations related to import/export of products
・Experience in identifying and implementing issues for improvement and directing on-site operations
・Knowledge and experience in quality assurance and quality control
・Experience or knowledge of maintenance of hardware such as factory facilities and equipment
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge and experience in quality assurance and quality control

มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับตัวเลขการบริหารจัดการ (PL, การบัญชีต้นทุน, ค่าใช้จ่าย, กำไร ฯลฯ)
・มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการ การจัดส่งทั่วไป
・ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับวัสดุ
・ทักษะด้านไอทีและการรู้หนังสือสำหรับการรายงานธุรกิจเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ
・มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดตั้งและดำเนินการวิธีการจัดการสุขอนามัยอาหาร เช่น HACCP
・ประสบการณ์หรือความรู้ในการดำเนินการทางการค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า/ส่งออกผลิตภัณฑ์
