<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 2 years of experience in press or stamping production within an automotive company
- Experience supervising production, quality, manpower, and daily operational activities
- Experience leading, training, or coordinating a production team

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience with automotive body parts, steel sheet press parts, or functional automotive components
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPS, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting production performance reporting, cost control, or productivity improvement
- Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
