Plastic Injection (Asst. Manager to Manager) @Ayutthaya (40K-60K) (SDG-27355)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for determining and implementing best manufacturing practices for current and future production related to set-up, start-up, processing, and maintenance of injection molding machines to satisfactorily accomplish
Arrange KPI report according to KPI matrix of maintenance process.
Manage and control the production process to ensure the continuity of the process while meeting delivery times, quality and safety demands.
Apply injection molding principles and molding theories to troubleshoot and process molding operations.
Provide advice on injection molding condition technology for working team.
Work with production management to review and organize production activities.
Collaborate with Mold department, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment and quality problems within process.
Evaluate scrap reduction techniques within process.
Monitor and document daily process conditions; logging changes and drafting detailed mold repair work information for
Brainstorm ideas to maximize productivity and efficiencies while reducing costs.
Ensure final product quality complies with standard specifications.
Monitor key performance indicators and strive for continuous improvement.
Improve the productivity and efficiency of the process.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of work area.
Review processing and improve production and productivity.
Manage manpower and machine utilization.
Other task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35 - 43 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field
Experienced in plastic injection molding industry (At least 10 years or above for Assistant manager, 15 years or above for Manager)
Has worked in the field of management with more than 80-100 subordinates.
Good command in English (Document Tasks, email, internal communicate)
Good computer skill. ( Word, Excel )
Good knowledge of IATF
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Good relationship, high responsible and willing to work under pressure
Strong leadership ability with good communication skills

Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park 2, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Mon-Fri (Sat: twice a month) Lunch Break for 50 mins, 10 mins break 2 times)
