Planning Supervisor (Warehouse/Inventory) (30K–40K) (SDG-102676)
หัวหน้างานฝ่ายวางแผน (คลังสินค้า/สินค้าคงคลัง)

<Job responsibilities>
Inventory Planning:
- Review regularly the market forecast by working with other teams
- Continue to drive forecast accuracy
- Inform report line for Making quick action after analising the forecasts
- Review the market inventory status with latest forecast
- Highlight the inventory risks timely and take necessary actions to minimize the risks
- Do the deployment planning to timely replenish products from the head warehouse to other locations in the market
- Do the kitting planning to ensure the kits availability in the market
- Generate monthly back order report
- Review aged inventory and minimize the inventory obsolete risk
- Coordinate to implement new planning policy, tools or reports from Global or Regional headquarter
- Communicate with related other teams and share information regularly
Inventory Control:
- Verify Daily inventory in/ out transaction and Maintain accurate data
- Coordinate with warehouse Operation team to lead Daily Cycle Counts program & annual Physical Counts in compliance of Supply chain Procedures / company Policies
- Monitor and report inventory accuracy for all inventory locations monthly
- Conduct weekly meetings with warehouse teams to Review inventory accuracy
- report all variances for approvals in business Suite as per SOP defined
- Monitor SOX for all inventory locations and ensure compliance of controls as per process memo on monthly basis.
- be Responsible for the month-end closing process of inventory
Price Analyze :
- Check weekly system price of SP and BP
- Report to the related department in case there are some troubles
- Other duties assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
การวางแผนสินค้าคงคลัง:
- ทบทวนการคาดการณ์ตลาดอย่างสม่ำเสมอโดยทำงานร่วมกับทีมอื่น
- ขับเคลื่อนการคาดการณ์ที่แม่นยำต่อไป
- แจ้งสายรายงานเพื่อดำเนินการอย่างรวดเร็วหลังจากวิเคราะห์การคาดการณ์
- ตรวจสอบสถานะสินค้าคงคลังในตลาดพร้อมการคาดการณ์ล่าสุด
- เน้นความเสี่ยงด้านสินค้าคงคลังอย่างทันท่วงทีและดำเนินการที่จำเป็นเพื่อลดความเสี่ยง
- วางแผนการใช้งานเพื่อเติมสินค้าจากคลังสินค้าใหญ่ไปยังสถานที่อื่นๆ ในตลาดอย่างทันท่วงที
- วางแผน Kitting เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าชุดคิทมีอยู่ในตลาด
- สร้างรายงาน Back Order ประจำเดือน
- ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังเก่าและลดความเสี่ยงที่ล้าสมัยของสินค้าคงคลัง
- ประสานงานเพื่อดำเนินการตามนโยบายการวางแผน เครื่องมือ หรือรายงานใหม่จากสำนักงานใหญ่ระดับสากลหรือระดับภูมิภาค
- สื่อสารกับทีมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องและแบ่งปันข้อมูลอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง:
- ตรวจสอบรายการเข้า/ออกสินค้าคงคลังรายวัน และรักษาข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับทีมปฏิบัติการคลังสินค้าเพื่อเป็นผู้นำโปรแกรม Daily Cycle Counts และ Physical Counts ประจำปีตามขั้นตอนของห่วงโซ่อุปทาน / นโยบายบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานความถูกต้องของสินค้าคงคลังสำหรับสถานที่สินค้าคงคลังทุกเดือน
- จัดการประชุมรายสัปดาห์กับทีมงานคลังสินค้าเพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้าคงคลัง
- รายงานผลต่างทั้งหมดสำหรับการอนุมัติใน Business Suite ตาม SOP ที่กำหนดไว้
- ตรวจสอบ SOX สำหรับสถานที่สินค้าคงคลังทั้งหมดและรับรองการปฏิบัติตามการควบคุมตามบันทึกกระบวนการเป็นรายเดือน
- รับผิดชอบกระบวนการปิดบัญชีสินค้าคงคลังสิ้นเดือน
วิเคราะห์ราคา :
- ตรวจสอบราคาระบบรายสัปดาห์ของ SP และ BP
- รายงานไปยังแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหา
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 5 years experience in Planning/Forecast/Inventory management
・Conversational high level of Japanese (Communicate with internal/external staff)
・Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office
(Outlook Email, Excel Vlookup/povottable)
・Person who can prepare documents with accuracy
・Person who can communicate and coordinate with many internal departments and clients
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in automotive industry or trading company
・Working experience in Japanese company
