Outbound Planning Supervisor (30K-40K) (JO-180213-147103)
About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for Planning of Inbound (Main is planning trip to Japan and some other countries)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Promoting and marketing the business
Ø dealing with customer queries and complaints
Ø planning tour for client (Main is Thai)
Ø meeting profit or sales targets
Ø Preparing promotional materials and displays.
Ø Training and give an advice to new staff in team
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age between 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Japanese, Tourism, Business Administration or related fields
Ø Experience in planning around 3 year
Ø Proficiency in Computer particularly MS. Word, MS. Excel, E-mail
Ø Able to use Photoshop
Ø Service-minded and good communication skills
Ø Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and good team player
Preferable:
Ø Good command of Japanese (N3 or above)
Ø Knowledge and experience in Tourism and Travel Agencies is a plus
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon –Sun) (2 vacation / week)
