Job Description
Operation Manager (General Manager) (55K-65K) (JO-180329-150729)
Work outline: Planning and overseeing the process of Company Establishment, Foreign Business related, Investment Project, Operation Support, Working permit/VISA, Salary & SSO registration and outside process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning and assigning projects to each individual staff.
Meeting the clients to discover and discuss about the new projects
Planning the project and overseeing all the processes until the project is completed
Responsible for the all the legal documents
Solving problems when there is conflict with the projects from the clients side
Dealing with the government sectors when necessary
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience related to BOI and MOC
Knowledge in MOC application (Company establishment, representative office, foreign business, etc.)
Knowledge in BOI (Apply new BOI and/or using BOI system)
Knowledge in other license that company should to apply for each business
Strong problem solving skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Excel
Ability to lead and motivate the team
Ensure all assigned project activities are delivered as per established planned timelines.
Preferable:
Experience in business consulting would be advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
About the Benefit
Salary: 55,000 – 65,000 THB
