Office Manager (Japanese speaking) @Rayong (50K-80K)

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Have a meeting with Japanese MD to understand company strategy and make direction of each functions
 Manage and overview the progress of each tasks below. There is staff to take care below operations, manager needs to monitor and manage it.
1. BOI related documentation and application
2. HRM task such as payroll contracts, company law, employment registration, labor law, health and safety legislation, working conditions, recruiting, reviewing welfare and company policies
3. HRD task such as planning staff development & training within planned budget
4. GA task such as applying work permit/ VISA for Japanese staff
5. Purchasing task such as negotiating price, manage delivery schedule
6. Accounting task such as managing cash flow, financial reports and respond to audit
 Making reports which is required by MD or Japan HQ
 Coordinate with Japan HQ regarding Accounting, HR&GA, Purchasing and BOI tasks
*This position sometimes need to go outside to visit bank or government department by driving company’s car

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/female, age 35-50 years
 Bachelor Degree
 Business Level of Japanese (N2 up)
 Have working experience in HR & GA or Accounting field before
 Have working experience as leader or assistant manager to manage team before
 High responsibility

Preferable:
 Strong knowledge of accounting, finance or audit
 Good command of English


Languages skills
English: Daily conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level


Workplace Area: Company Bus in Rayong
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri) *Saturday Working: 2 times per month
