Job Detail

<Job Responsibilities>
- Write and edit drawing of steel stamping dies and Jig Fixture
- Analysis and solve problems with the 5W 1H principle
- Responsible for New model work until the end of the process until Mass production
- Support troubleshooting in Current related work
- Contact, coordinate, negotiate with relevant departments, customers, suppliers, and makers to achieve the work according to the specified plan.
- Communicate with JP factory with Japanese language
- Support other related tasks in the department

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 28-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Design Engineer, or related field.
- At least 5 years experience of Die & Mold design in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D design
- Can use small tool measurement and Grinding machine as well.
- Good Knowledge of Press Die (single, progressive and relate design.)
- Strong planning management, good solve the problem, strong Leadership skill and Enthusiastic and wide vision.
- Advance conversation low level in English
- Be able to communicate middle level in Japanese (JLPT N2-N3)
- Can work under pressure and can start working immediately will be advantage.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Work experience in new model in Press metal manufacturing will be advantage

Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday (Saturday working depend on company calendar))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เขียนและแก้ไขแบบของแม่พิมพ์ปั๊มเหล็กและจิ๊กฟิกซ์เจอร์
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาด้วยหลักการ 5W 1H
- รับผิดชอบงานโมเดลใหม่จนจบกระบวนการจนถึงการผลิตจำนวนมาก
- รองรับการแก้ไขปัญหาในงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในปัจจุบัน
- ติดต่อ ประสานงาน เจรจากับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลูกค้า ซัพพลายเออร์ และผู้จัดทำ เพื่อให้งานสำเร็จตามแผนที่กำหนด
- สื่อสารกับโรงงาน JP ด้วยภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในแผนก

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 28-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรออกแบบ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการออกแบบ Die & Mold ในการผลิต
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบ AutoCAD 2D และ 3D
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดขนาดเล็กและเครื่องเจียรได้เช่นกัน
- มีความรู้ด้าน Press Die เป็นอย่างดี (single, progressive และ related design.)
- วางแผนการจัดการที่ดี แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง มีความกระตือรือร้น และมีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล
- สนทนาขั้นสูงในระดับต่ำในภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับกลางได้ (JLPT N2-N3)
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและเริ่มทำงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในรูปแบบใหม่ในการผลิตโลหะกดจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
