Monitoring staff (Operation & Maintenance/JP/Fresh graduate) (20K–30K) (SDG-115721)

<Job responsibilities>
- Coordinate the implementation of Regular Maintenance of photovoltaic power generation systems.
- Coordinated with the customer for maintenance, and materials are to Be prepared to ensure that the Maintenance is carried out safely.
- Check for Any abnormalities in the photovoltaic power generation systems.
- Check the power generation status of each power plant and notify customers and staff in case of Any abnormality.
- Prepare monthly Operation status reports of solar power generation systems in Excel.
- Prepare monthly power generation status report of the solar power system and send it to the customer via email.
- Explain the details of power generation monitoring to customers who Visit our office.
- Explain the details of the daily power generation monitoring in Japanese.
- Other tasks assigned by manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 29 years old
- Bachelor's degree
*Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Having Experience of Sales Support or customer Support in Any industry
- more than Conversational high level of Japanese (N3 up) to Communicate with customers
- Able to use PC, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Communication skill with customers
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Be able to learn new things
・Having experience of working in energy industry
