Member Business Practices & Compliance

Work outline: Guide members to follow company’s rule and also handle complaint’s
Duties & Responsibilities:
Guide the Member organizations in conforming to the rules for Member
Conduct set out rule by the Corporation
Ensure that Members understand and embrace rules
Lead resolution of issues that emerge in this context
Responsible for managing the work flow of the department
Ensure efficient and effective operation
Resolve issues that may emerge in the context of relationships with Members, primarily in connection with the Member Business Practices and Compliance function
Perform daily administrative tasks for whole team and handle in and outbound calls
Carry out the NC Ambassador program and monitor the result of the NC Visit program which conducted by vendors
Address the ad hoc tasks when necessary

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years working experiences as a Compliance or any related field
Manual dexterity
Able to set up and assist in the running of Distributor Event

English: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Ploen Chit
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00 – 18:00)
