Mechanical Engineer (30K–50K) (SDG-115827)
<Job responsibilities>
- Design, specification, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and machine modification with final acceptance equipment test run
- Project conduct meetings at regular intervals with team members to review progress and Share the lessons learned & typical issues.
- Control and improve plant availability, and reliability is above 99%
- Review and implement plant equipment maintenance activities to comply with internal and external requirements/regulations
- Complete corrective maintenance (CM) and predictive maintenance (PM)
- Initiate and implement Cost reduction, productivity, and reliability improvement.
- Evaluate and develop subordinates
- Monitor and control maintenance Cost versus plant KPIs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical
- At least 3 years experience in the field within the gas industrial, petrochemical, or chemical industry
- Mechanical knowledge. (machine, rotating, piping)
- Familiar with API (Application Programming Interface), ASME (American Society for materials and Experimentation) and relevant standards and Design codes
- Cost Reduction skills, Proficiency in analyzing mechanical systems, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Able to Management (Mechanical Technician / Maintenance Technician / Subcontractor)
- Proficient in computer skills, AutoCAD, 3D, Microsoft Project
- Conversational high in English to communicate with foreigners and able to use technical vocabulary via email and communicate
- Quality Management knowledge ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
