Work outline: Be responsible for mechanical design of washing and brushing machine for clients, and install them at the client’s site
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Get enquiry from sales team, then communicate with person in charge of clients
Ø Design machine & writing drawing as clients request
Ø Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials
Ø Coordinate with purchasing department to get machine parts on schedule
Ø Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods; testing properties
Ø Assures system and product quality by testing
Ø Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Ø Provides engineering information to sales team or maintenance team when they have any inquiry from client
Ø Visit client and install machine in production line of factory *no need to do maintenance after installation
Ø Provides advice with clients when machine was set in client’s factory
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male/female, age 27-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering
Ø At least 3 years’ experience in mechanical design
Ø Have experience of designing “Machine” such as CNC machine, Machining center and other industrial machine.
Ø Able to use Office and Auto CAD, 2D, 3D & Inventor-3D
Ø Good command in English OR Japanese *Japanese is high advantage
Ø Be able to commute to work by themselves
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level (Optional)
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri) *Saturday working: up to project. Company will pay OT allowance.
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 THB including all allowances
