<Job Responsibilities> - Cooperate with consultants and owners and ensure to the satisfaction of clients, quality, standard and safety. - Prepare the presentation to consultants, owner or client (mainly Japanese). - Reviewing design concept, scope of work, turnkey engineering and cost estimation - Recheck the Design and estimation from engineers or subcontractors. - Monitor Submission schedule and follow the timeline of each works. - Consider budget for the project submission. - To order materials and using subcontractors. - Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers. - Attend to the Site meetings or other related meetings. - Inspection before handover of the project. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, age 35-48 years old - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with professional license. - Minimum 8 years experience in mechanical and electrical functions in Construction Industry - At least 2 years experience in Manager level - Good communication, cooperation and strategic planning skills - Good knowledge in computer skills such as AutoCAD, MS Office. - Good communication in written and spoken English. - Good teamwork, service mind and ability to work under pressure. - Able to solve difficult issues and handle well with dealing internal and external. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Petchaburi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:15-17:30(Mon-Fri , SAT : NONE) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–75,000THB About the company Products: Construction Development / Real Estate Business Business Type: Construction / Home Building
