M&E Assistant Manager (Electrical System) (40K–45K) (SDG-115154)

<Job responsibilities>
- Assist in overseeing and advising for design, estimate, and cost planning for Mechanical and Electrical
- Arrange and manage sub-contractor for M&E for the project ordered by owners
- Purchasing good materials by controlling the budget
- Overview of design concept and scope of work
- Recheck the design and Estimation from the engineers or subcontractors
- Review or Monitoring project design or cost Submission / design and Estimation
- Monitor the Submission Schedule
- Review turnkey engineering and cost Estimation
- Consider the budget for the project Submission
- Order the materials and subcontractors
- Evaluate the subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend the site and coordination meetings
- Inspection before handover of the project
- Make presentations to the clients (consultants and the owners (mainly Japanese))
- Other tasks assigned by the manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 34 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5-7years’ experience in M&E Design and Estimation Work / Cost Analysis
- Experience in manufacturing/factory construction
- Having Engineer License (Professional License and Electrical License preferred)
- Conversational high in English (communication and presentation with Japanese clients)
- Good in Design and Estimation of electrical power or mechanical
- Able to use Auto CAD
- Ability to work as a team leader, energetic and under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Have on-the-Job-Training
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Engineering Training: Standard Design of Electrical Power or Mechanical follows EIT Standard (Electrical installation standards) / NFPA (National Fire Protection Association)
