About this Job
Work outline: Supervision and Control all incoming material from supplier's.
Department: Material Control Manager/ Construction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Supervision and Control all incoming material from supplier's.
Ø Physical and visual inspection of material / or equipment received
Ø Comparison of material specification, qty, in the packing list / or delivery note.
Ø Inspection all material with QC/QA personnel and report any discrepancies or defect.
Ø Arrange proper storage / preservation of material as per manufacture's and climatic condition.
Ø Computerized inventory (excel) and documentation of all materials stored.
Ø Physical stock verification of all material on regular intervals.
Ø Material the issue stock record on daily basis and report to MCM.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø More than 5 years of work experience in similar role
Ø Some knowledge in logistic field
Ø Experienced in similar roles and responsibilities
Ø Must be Well organized and can work independently & as a team
Ø Good knowledge computer skill
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
Preferable:
Ø Pleasant and approachable person with a positive attitude.
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ø Able to do multi-task.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Shuttle Van service from BTS Saphan Kwai or MRT Kam-paeng Phet
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8.30 -17.30
