Marketing Manager (Japanese Speaking) (40K–70K) (SDG-108882)

<Job responsibilities>
- Manage of subordinates, Follow up Works process and Other support.
- Occasional Visit customer outside both in Metropolitant area or Up-country.
- Company car with driver Can be provided, or personal car use is possible.
- Evaluate the Market situation and product prices in the Market and create sales strategies.
- Analyze marketing trends and adjust them in strategies.
- Create or find new sales channels.
- Marketing strategy and expand opportunity via Social Media such as IG, Facebook and also Boots, Event etc.
- Monitor and analyze of Sales Amount, "Liked amount via Social Media" etc.
- Responsible of Brand Image
- Create Brand awareness among target customers.
- Research about color, gathering information about price, Cost in each production step, Material that we will use, Cost and profit plan.
- Coordinate with Other related departments such as production, accounting, quality control, Shipping, Purchasing (within organization), public relations to create marketing strategies and Follow up, etc.
- Research for Market information, such as evaluating competitors. Learning customer behavior Market demand etc.
- Plan the budget and control the budget within the specified criteria.
- Manage and calculate about Material, production Capacity, product Prospect down
- Communicate with Japanese customers (may required to support client after working hour or Holiday) contact via email, Line Application, call etc.
- Working outside as Exhibition, Boots, Event (Normally it's daytrip required, but there's also couple days of Business trip required, but not often). The frequency depends on situations.
- Footsal event often required during Weekend Holiday 2-3 times/ year.
- Cost breakdown
- Monitor and prepare for daily, monthly report.
- Prepare a Market report and present it to Japanese executives.
- Discuss and Meeting with Japanese report lines about Projects, working process, design, Brand Image etc.
- Document Works: such as PO, KPI report, satisfaction doc, order request, delivery, ISO documents.
- Translate order Documents from Japanese customers and explain to the production Department into the order documents.
- Documents translation (JP->Thai, JP-> Eng)
- Conference with JP report lines and internal meeting.
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3-5 years in Marketing, Sales and Marketing with strong interest in field
- Conversational high to business level in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or above) to Deal with Japanese customers, report to Japanese report Line, Documents translating etc.
- Good command in English (Documents, translation tasks)
- MS Office such as Excel (Cost Break down, track on sales etc), PowerPoint
- Able to work overtime, work outside the premises (sometimes) *company car with driver Can be provided, work well under high pressure.
- Immediately to 15 days notice is necessary
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- JLPT N2, N1
- Experienced in related uniform, Apparel, Sport products Industry
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat (13 days per year in 2024 depends on each year calendar)

- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในด้านการตลาด การขาย และการตลาด โดยมีความสนใจในสาขานี้เป็นอย่างมาก
- ทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูงถึงระดับธุรกิจ (ระดับ JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป) เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น รายงานไปยังสายรายงานชาวญี่ปุ่น แปลเอกสาร ฯลฯ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เอกสาร งานแปล)
- MS Office เช่น Excel (การแจกแจงต้นทุน, ติดตามยอดขาย ฯลฯ), PowerPoint
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา, ทำงานนอกสถานที่ได้ (เป็นบางครั้ง) *มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ สามารถจัดหาได้, ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันสูงได้ดี.
- ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า 15 วันทันที
