<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for new project concerning import-export activities to develop in-house process.
 Ensure that data entries on all documents import-export declarations and FTA form are accurate and in accordance with customs laws and regulations.
 Handle and monitor BOI projects.
 Manage and supervise overseas purchasing activities by monitoring minimum stock of raw material, planning schedule, sourcing suppliers negotiating optimum price and conditions, follow up import shipments, claiming for damage and payments.
 Source and negotiate original brand suppliers of spare parts to compare the prices of machine suppliers and original brand suppliersใ
 Search alternative overseas suppliers for raw material.
 Monitor stock FG and import raw materials, material packing.
 Manage movements of all spare parts and raw material shipment within certain time frame and restrict budget.
 Take care of existing clients.
 Lead and supervise marketing team.
 Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.




Workplace Area: Leamchabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-50 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
 5 years of working experience in import & export, BOI in automotive parts business.
 Have knowledge of FTA term (Free Trade Agreement)
 Have knowledge of transportation and logistics will be highly preferred.
 Good command of English.
