Manager or General Manager (Japanese Speaking) (60K-100K) (SDG-36588)
<Job Responsibilities>
Improve factory efficiency by developing methods, tools, fixtures to reduce labor and improve process capability
Project management communicating with Japanese Boss and factory manager
Monitor and maintain all applicable production permits and ensure that the facility complies with all local, state, federal and company policies.
Review daily departmental and financial performance and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and determine best course of action to countermeasure any variances
Implement production in according to the plan and controlling process and product quality assurance
Make advice the Management team on safety in company
Execute safety Program in short/long term
Make safety reports to management and government office
Management and planning of Safety and Health activities to employee
Identify hazards and risks, and in conjunction with management, identify actions to mitigate, eliminate or control
Manage product cost / implement cost reduction activities and manage budget
Translate documents between JP and Thai
Sometimes Visit clients for sales activity
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-40 years old
Bachelor degree in any field
At least 8 years experiences as interpreter, coordinator or production management by using Japanese language
Advanced Conversational level (High) of Japanese for communicating with Japanese Boss and writing documents (Equivalent level of N2)
Advanced Conversational level (Middle) of English for reading and writing, negotiating with clients
Someone who is strongly willing to learn production, safety, factory management
Must have own car or bike for commuting
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having knowledge of factory safety is high advantage
Manufacturing Management Experience in Manufacturing company ( Improve factory efficiency,
Monitor and maintain all applicable production, Manage product cost / implement cost reduction)
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: Nikhompattana, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:45 (Mon-Fri, *Saturday Working: depending on the season)
