Work outline: Responsible for managing all necessary accounting and financial data and reports which are used for business planning, including cost accounting
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems
Ø Conduct analysis of cost for products and balance of budgets
Ø Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements with other financial team
Ø Provide a focal point for advice in all aspects of financial management, including the development of policies and procedures
Ø Prepare regular financial statements and data analysis report for the MD and other key internal stakeholders
Ø Manage the budgeting process, monitor and control costs, revenues, cash-flows and investment return
Ø Attend financial related meeting with MD to discuss current financial situations
Ø Collaborate with financial accounting team to get necessary data such as PL of each business function
Ø Translating sand Interpreting job will be assigned in case candidate can speak Japanese
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, 25-40 years
Ø Bachelor degree in any related field
Ø Be able to commute to work by themselves
Ø Business Level of Japanese OR at least 7 years’ experience in cost accounting or management accounting field
Ø Good Excel skill
*For JP speaker: Be able to use at least Excel formula and make Chart from data
*For ENG speaker: Be able to use at least Excel formula, make Chart from data and Pivot
Ø Have interest to business planning and management
Ø Have ownership and proactive person
Preferable:
Ø Be able to use Function, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, VLOOKUP OR Access
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business Level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 30,000 – 60,000THB including all allowance
