Maintenance Engineer (Asst. Manager) (50K-80K) (SDG-29393)
<Job Responsibilities>
Focus on lost time Machine breakdown.
Preventive Maintenance Plan
Necessary Inventory Spare part management.
Overall responsibility for maintenance schedules and repairs aligning with business planning, responsibility covering to Production Machines, Electricity, Structure, etc.
Leads a team of technicians relates to mechanics, and electricians, engineering to support manufacturing operations.
Develops and implements preventive maintenance and machine improvement programs. Company expects preventive maintenance plan with a target to reduce losses of maintenance with report KPI’s monthly basis
To handle purchasing parts, equipment, etc. and hires outside contractors as needed supporting to production activity.
Incorporates and maintains safety observances, including but not limited to, use of all PPE by employees, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices and habits.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 35-43 years old
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance management role manager level.
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasks.
Good command in English (Internal communicate)
Strong Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in similar business type automotive manufacturing
Experience in Power Metal Compacting Manufacturing industry
Strong math skills required in electrical or mechanical engineer in automotive manufacturing industry.
Able to communicate in Japanese Language
