<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for die cast machine

<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for die cast machine
・Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns and completed work report.
・Communicating with customer, engineers, and other related person to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
・Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback and quotation.
・Monitoring equipment and Vibration systems performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
・Conducting quality assurance, stock control and safety checks on all equipment.
・Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
・Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・High diploma or above in mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields.
・At least 3 years experience in die casting maintenance engineer in automotive or electronics industries.
・Able to use PLC machine
・The ability to remain professional under pressure.
・Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
・Advance conversation middle level in English
