Machining Engineer (Supervisor) (25K–38K) (SDG-61274)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Set up machine and CNC Programming to make the machine could make the high productive with good quality and follow by spec.
- Operate CNC and Foundry Machine and make improvement
- New model dimension check sheet
- New model set-up process & product
- Design Jig/ Fixture and Cutting Tools
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years experience as Engineer in Manufacturing company (Steel, Aluminium product) with background of Automotive
- Can operate and understand CNC Machine, CNC Programming, Jig/Fixture and Cutting Tools Design
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM Software such as Autocad, Solidwork, Mastercam for Mechanic Drawing and GD&T Concept
- Fair conversation level of English (Document, Program, communicate with Japanese report line)
- Understand in Dimensional Measurement and CMM.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic, PLC, Robot
- Knowledge in Quality System Ex, ISO, IATF16949,Understand in SPC,FMEA, other QC Tools
- Computer Skill Ex. Excel, Powerpoint
- Driving License for Car / Motorcycle
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Japanese Automotive Steel/ Aluminium Manufacturing Company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตั้งค่าเครื่องจักรและการเขียนโปรแกรม CNC เพื่อให้เครื่องสามารถผลิตได้สูงมีคุณภาพดีและเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- ใช้งาน CNC และ Foundry Machine และทำการปรับปรุง
- แผ่นตรวจสอบขนาดโมเดลใหม่
- กระบวนการตั้งค่าและผลิตภัณฑ์รุ่นใหม่
- ออกแบบจิ๊ก/ ฟิกซ์เจอร์และเครื่องมือตัด
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเครื่องกล, อุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมยานยนต์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งวิศวกรใน บริษัท การผลิตอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (ผลิตภัณฑ์เหล็ก, อลูมิเนียม) ที่มีพื้นฐานด้านยานยนต์
- สามารถใช้งานและเข้าใจเครื่อง CNC, การเขียนโปรแกรม CNC, Jig / Fixture และการออกแบบเครื่องมือตัด
- มีความรู้ในซอฟต์แวร์ CAD / CAM เช่น Autocad, Solidwork, Mastercam for Mechanic Drawing และ GD&T Concept
- ระดับการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้ (เอกสาร โปรแกรม สื่อสารกับสายรายงานภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
- เข้าใจในการวัดมิติและ CMM
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Hydraulic & Pneumatic, PLC, Robot
- มีความรู้ในระบบคุณภาพเช่น ISO, IATF16949, เข้าใจใน SPC, FMEA, เครื่องมือ QC อื่น ๆ
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์เช่น Excel, Powerpoint
- ใบขับขี่รถยนต์ / รถจักรยานยนต์
