Logistic Supervisor @Rayong (30K-35K) (JO-180219-147385)
About this Job
Work outline: Be responsible for provide the effective and efficient support to our internal customers and drive the logistics integration, domestically.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage inventory goods, incoming and outgoing shipment delivery to nationwide (After Market Oil Business), Import to domestics sale and normal domestics sales
Ø Update weekly warehouse (3PL) cycle counts and update to all concerned for stock level
Ø Supervise team of 3 to manage divisions: finish goods, external warehouses
Ø Manage inventory to meet on-time-delivery.
Ø Corporate with Production, Procurement and sales to fulfill customer requirement and follow up planning and shipment schedule
Ø Monitoring of import shipments for domestics sales to ensure the compliance of regulations
Ø Control the old stock, idle stock, dead stock and Sales forecast analysis for support production plan.
Ø Summarize all shipment delivery, incident report, customer complaint and report to superior
Ø Control expenses budgets for logistics process in term of nationwide delivery, stock transfer and stock keeping
Ø To maintain KPI department and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Ø Follow up the billing of logistics cost, all bills verification and negotiation with 3PL service providers
Ø Handle Waste Management
Ø Report to Assistance Logistics Manager and Senior Supply Chain Manager for all activities and performance.
Ø Maintain a detailed understanding and share best practices and knowledge with all Associates involved in the process
Ø Provide regular KPI reports with data and actions to measure progress against the plan objectives and Monthly statistics report
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male, age 30-38 years old
Ø Baster’s degree in Management or any related field.
Ø At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations Logistics / Transport / Last mile operations / Supply Chain Management
Ø Ability to work independently and act decisively with a sense of responsibility.
Ø Able to travelling for business trip up-country and overseas
Ø Pleasant personality, highly adaptive and flexibility.
Ø Strong inter personal and communication skills.
Ø Able to work well under pressure and communication skills.
Ø Computer literacy especially in SAP and MS Excel.

Workplace Area: Company Bus (Rayong area & from Central Chonburi)
Working Hour: 8:00 -17:00 (Monday – Friday)
