Logistic section manager (40K-60K) (SDG-73838)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and oversee overall logistic activities to ensure that entire logistic process will meet the expectation
- Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory
- Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.
- Respond to and resolve complaints and problems.
- Keep up to date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.
- Supervise the entire logistic departments
- Be a department representative coordinate with top management, another department and external relevant parties such as clients or partners
- Other task as assigned by top management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 37-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 10 years of working experiences in logistic management with at least 5 years in managerial level (at least assistant manager)
- Basic to conversational command in English (mainly for email)
- Strong leadership skill, coordination skill and problem-solving skill
- Own car

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in logistic management or related
- Working experiences in Japanese companies
- Experiences in coordinating with automotive industries
- Strong English communication skill
- Japanese communication skill

Workplace Area: Bangpakong, Chachoengsao
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday and Saturday working (2 Sat per month))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการและดูแลกิจกรรมด้านลอจิสติกส์โดยรวมเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมดจะเป็นไปตามความคาดหวัง
- จัดการสินค้าคงคลังของคลังสินค้าและเก็บบันทึกสินค้าคงคลัง
- เลือกผู้ให้บริการขนส่งและเจรจาอัตราและสัญญากับผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง
- ตอบสนองและแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนและปัญหา
- ติดตามข้อมูลล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง เส้นทางและอัตราค่าขนส่ง และการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ
- ดูแลแผนกโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมด
- เป็นตัวแทนแผนกประสานงานกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงแผนกอื่นและบุคคลภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่นลูกค้าหรือคู่ค้า
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารระดับสูง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 37-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการจัดการโลจิสติกส์มากกว่า 10 ปี และระดับบริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี (อย่างน้อยผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ)
- คำสั่งพื้นฐานในการสนทนาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ (สำหรับอีเมลเป็นหลัก)
- มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง มีทักษะในการประสานงาน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- เจ้าของรถ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานกับอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น
