Logistic Manager (Logistics) (40K–50K) (SDG-114219)


<Job responsibilities>
- Meetings with customers regarding transportation and schedules
*Visit clients together with the sales team around 3-4 days per week
- Oversee and monitor the workflow of CS and shipping (Air, Land and Sea)
- Oversee all ongoing projects and work to ensure there are no delays
- Provide accurate customs codes to customers and shipping
- Organize documents related to imports and exports, and Review and approve their contents
- Follow up with customer and overseas inquiries (ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements.
- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
- Other duties as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 5 years of working experience as Logistics management in Japanese logistics company or taking care of Japanese clients in a logistics company
・Conversational middle-high level of English
・Able to work individually
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience of taking care of Automotive industry clients
・Person who has experience in small sized company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri)
