Local Sales Supervisor (35K-48K) (JO-180320-149844)
Work outline: To responsible for achieving sales KPIs and maintain good relationship with clients
Manage a sales team of Korat and Lopburi province.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To expand Customer accounts (direct/indirect)
To plan Strategy and Tactics to expand Customer accounts
To monitor and govern the performance of Local Sales Staff
To summarize and report the progress of Account Expansion
Company car is available for booking. Does not have policy to use owned-car. Have some business trip to upcountry. Stay 3-5 days per trip, but not frequent.

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male, age 25-32 years old
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
To have a job experience at Sales Management in FMCG or related business
To be good at Root-Cause Analysis and Logical Thinking
To have a good skill to motivate and encourage the people
To have a good skill in English conversation and Microsoft Office

Preferable:
Experience working in similar business
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Possess excellent communication skills, team working and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and possess good emotional control.

Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: Silom/ Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday-Friday)
