Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for all corporate legal matters, business review & operation to management in company
Ø Draft, review and issue lease agreements, legal letter and power of attorney (both Thai and English version)
Ø Monitor the compliance of the employees and support the compliance training
Ø Monitor the AML/CTF compliance and the customer due diligence
Ø Update business-related laws and regulations to the Management
Ø Working closely with other Departments on collection, debts management, litigation and government relation agencies
Ø Ensuring that all tasks performed by legal, comply with regulators and other related leasing and hire-purchase regulation
Ø Providing advice on legal compliance issues as required
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 23-28 years
Ø Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
Ø 1 + year of experience in Legal field
Ø Experienced in reviewing agreement, contract etc.
Ø Strong leadership with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ø Good command of English both written and spoken
Ø Lawyer license holder
Language skills:
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
