Work outline: Action as in-house lawyer of the company for all legal related matters
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for all company legal contracts and be a resource for all legal matters, draft and review commercial contract, agreement corporate documentation of the company & legal compliance issues.
Ø Provide legal advice, consultation and assistance with respect to legal matters
Ø Review, implement and provide comment on commercial agreement, terms and conditions
Ø Research all information which deems necessary for company business.
Ø Other ad hoc assignment as may assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, Age 27-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Laws
Ø Good command of English
Ø Having 3-5 years’ experience as a law officer position
Ø Having litigation, commercial laws knowledge is a must
Preferable:
Ø Having commercial knowledge is an advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
