Legal and Compliance (Section Chief) (40K-70K) (SDG-23269)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Provide legal advice and consultancy services related to company business including but not limited to contracts and legal compliance
 Reviews, draft and revise contracts (Thai & English) agreement and other legal related document to minimize company exposure and maximize company advantages under laws and regulations applied.
 To search for regulations and laws newly enacted or announced in Thailand, prove all documents related the business of company
 Occasionally, implement policy, procedures and compliance frameworks.
 Coordinate with government with related function
 Liaise with relevant departments in Thailand or Japan to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
 Implementing, reviewing and monitoring Corporate Policies and Procedures to ensure that the company is complying with the regulations.
 Other duties as assigned.


Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree
 Minimum 10 years’ experience in legal function in corporate field
 Experienced in drafting contract or agreement both Thai and English
 Strong Interpersonal, detail-oriented, good personality
 Computer literacy: MS Office (MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point)
