Job Description
Legal and Compliance Manager (50K-60K) (JO-180528-163538)
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Taking care of legal issues of the company and group companies
 Taking care of Internal Control and Compliance
 Review and provide legal advice on tender documents
 Liaise with relevant departments in Thailand or Japan to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken
 Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management
 Provide any internal control or any audit
 Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies
 Translate legal document from Thai to English

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality , Male/Female, 26-35 years old
 Bachelor Degree
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in Internal Control, Audit and Legal fields
 Legal License and Notarial Service Attorney is strongly required
