Legal @Samutprakan (40K-60K) (SDG-24212) <Job Responsibilities> Support legal advice & legal review on several types of Contract Draft, review and negotiate various business contract (with suppliers, customers, service venders, etc.) Provide advice on wide range of legal issues (corporate, contract, labor, competition, etc.) Draft and review internal company rules and regulations Coordinate with legal teams in HQ and other regions Coordinate with external lawyer for legal case action taken Provide report to management Other tasks as assigned Workplace Area: BTS UdomSuk, Samutprakan Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–60,000THB About the company Products: Air conditioning equipment, clean room equipment and electrical equipment, sanitary equipment, construction equipment, such as fire extinguishing equipment, design and construction of the building work Business Type: Construction / Home Building
