<Job Responsibilities>
Support legal advice & legal review on several types of Contract
Draft, review and negotiate various business contract (with suppliers, customers, service venders, etc.)
Provide advice on wide range of legal issues (corporate, contract, labor, competition, etc.)
Draft and review internal company rules and regulations
Coordinate with legal teams in HQ and other regions
Coordinate with external lawyer for legal case action taken
Provide report to management
Other tasks as assigned
Workplace Area: BTS UdomSuk, Samutprakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience in possess Attorneys of LAW (of Thailand)
Laws License is strongly required
Able to review contract in English

Experience in construction company
