About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for daily operation with tour arranging (Departure from Thailand)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Be the main contact person between the potential client and the company
Ø Convert personal travel wishes into tailor-made travel proposals
Ø Ensure all necessary steps are being taken from the inquiry, booking, execution to evaluation of the tour
Ø Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner
Ø Act as a liaison between the office and the field staff (drivers, guides and freelancers)
Ø Supervise the hotel reservations desk
Ø Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (reservations, account and general manager)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age between 25-30 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Japanese, Tourism, Business Administration or related fields
Ø Experience in tour operation at least 1 year (Departure from Thailand)
Ø Proficiency in Computer particularly MS. Word, MS. Excel, E-mail
Ø Service-minded and good communication skills
Ø Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and good team player
Preferable:
Ø Good command of Japanese (N3 or above)
Ø Knowledge and experience in Tourism and Travel Agencies is a plus
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon –Sun) (2 vacation / week)
