Job Detail

• Translate the business communication from Japanese language to Thai language and vice versa both in production and office department.
• Prepare and issue the meeting invitation, and taking the minute of meeting.
• Prepare the schedule of Japanese management to be signed off the company's necessary documents.
• Support the general tasks of Secretary Department if needed.
• Support & participate the company's key activities
• Coordinate with concerned department for prioritize and schedule to meeting with the Japanese Management.
• Prepare the necessary things for greeting and welcome the company's guests.
• Coordinate and participate as steering committee of company's activities
• Other tasks as assigned


Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: None>)
 

Salary: 30,800–45,800THB


• Age 22-28 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fresh grad is welcome
• Business level of Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 with certificate)
• Conversational low level of English
• Able to use MD office
