Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage & maintain IT infrastructure (Domain, Server, Mail, Network, Application, etc.)
Ø Proactively monitor system health, security, and performance.
Ø Troubleshoot & solve the problem at the infrastructure level.
Ø Back office system support and administration.
Ø Supporting user requests relate to data and report issues.
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male only, age 28-34 yrs.
Ø Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related field.
Ø At least 4 yrs. exp. in Hardware (PCs, Server, etc.), Network and maintenance / operation (i.e. Troubleshooting, Configuration change, Window 2008R2, 2012, 7, 8, 10 VMWare etc.)
Ø Strong knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel , Power point)
Ø Service-minded and good interpersonal skill.
Ø Good command of English both written and spoken
Language skills:
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
