IT Support (1-year contract) (22K–28K) (SDG-94591) IT Support (สัญญา 1 ปี) <Job Responsibilities> • Perform problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems. • Installing and configuring hardware, software and application based on IT policy and standard. • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Managing LAN, WAN, Wireless system, and other CISCO equipments. • Managing of Backup system, Anti-virus server and other system update software • Provide day-to-day application support and internal training. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 23 - 32 years old - Bachelor's degree in computer or related fields. • At least 2 years working experience in IT Support or System Administration • Having knowledge of Windows, Servers, LAN/WAN systems • Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, network protocols, OS • Support day-to-day problems or requests from users. • Good command in English [for daily conversation] <Preferable Skill / Experience > • Able to start working immediately will be advantageous.
