Job Description
IT Project Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (60K) (JO-180330-150795)
Work outline: To coordinate between Thai staff and Japanese staff of internal and external as details as below
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be a main window of communication (via email/meeting/ telephone) with customer (TH/JP), vendors, and amongst project member to ensure that project runs smoothly.
Create project related documents in template/customer template correctly and submit to related person on-time to achieve purpose of each document.
Be proactive and support Project Leader in tracking project progress/issue to ensure project will be finished on time and report the status to PL/PM/Sales/customer
Support Business Requirement Hearing
Perform Project Quality Assurance Task: Analysis & Design Review, Support/perform System Test and Support UAT.
Answer inquiries from customer at time of software/package implementation and post implementation
Support pre-Sales Activities. (Create Function List, Translate documents, Interpret in meeting, Coordinate between sales & Engineer)

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT engineering or in related field.
At least 3 years of experiences in IT field or related field.
Good command in Japanese (JLPT N1-N2)
Good Command in English (TOEIC 700 up be advantage)

Preferable:
Work experience in Japan (be advantage)
Work experience in accounting and finance (be advantage)
Work experience in programming (be advantage)
Work experience in industry (be advantage)

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level


Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
