<Position Objective/Expectation >
-Responsibility as IT Manager to ensure smooth operation. Manage and mitigate all risks from IT. Overview of current IT infrastructure and ensure stability going forward. Implement IT Security Policy. Implement IT technology system and network


<Job Responsibilities>
- To maintain IT Infrastructure and servers to support business operations.
- Design, implement and maintain security for the system, network, firewall, and devices.
- Develop and control IT security policy across all companies and coordinate with HQ in Japan.
- Proactive monitor all cyber security news and take action to minimize for company.
- Assess and review system performance and recommend improvements
- To monitor and maintain computer network and security system and related systems procedures.
- Troubleshooting IT software, hardware, and/or network problems.
- Proactive monitor all cyber security news and take action to minimize for company.
- To analyze, design, and give advice to the development team to build to support business needs.
- Other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support management, IT engineer from Japanese companies
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks & servers.
- Convirtianl level of English
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Programming knowledge will be an advantage.
- Team management skill
- Convirtianl level of Japanese
