IT Assistant Manager/Senior Officer (30K–60K) (SDG-105044)

<Job responsibilities>
● Provide subject Matter Expertise on Cloud architecture, authentication and system security to related project teams and members.
● Implement, security-focused tools and services to secure and protect the environment.
● Define, Interpret and Implement security policies and procedures required for the environment
● Review, Evaluate and recommend best practices for deployment of Infrastructure build, Security tools and applications integration.
● Manage all ad-hoc request on Infrastructure and Security build initiatives.
● Provides technical expertise and support to management and project staff concerning information security best practices, procedures, policies and products as related to the project.
● Manage formal project documenting and project related presentations to management. Provide compliance related documentation for reporting as needed.
● Leading in the development and enforcement of Information Security procedures, and standard.
● Identity and access management: Ensuring that only authorized people have access to restricted data and systems.
● Program management: Keeping ahead of security needs by implementing programs or projects that mitigate risks, regular system patches, for instance.
● Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant.
● Assistance General Manager with projects as needed.

● มอบความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้านเกี่ยวกับสถาปัตยกรรมคลาวด์ การตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ และความปลอดภัยของระบบให้กับทีมงานและสมาชิกโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
● ใช้เครื่องมือและบริการที่เน้นการรักษาความปลอดภัยเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยและปกป้องสิ่งแวดล้อม
● กำหนด ตีความ และปรับใช้นโยบายและขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัยที่จำเป็นสำหรับสภาพแวดล้อม
● ตรวจสอบ ประเมิน และแนะนำแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับการปรับใช้โครงสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน เครื่องมือรักษาความปลอดภัย และการรวมแอปพลิเคชัน
● จัดการคำขอเฉพาะกิจทั้งหมดในโครงการริเริ่มการสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและความปลอดภัย
● มอบความเชี่ยวชาญทางเทคนิคและการสนับสนุนแก่ฝ่ายบริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่โครงการเกี่ยวกับแนวทางปฏิบัติ ขั้นตอน นโยบาย และผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ
● จัดการเอกสารโครงการอย่างเป็นทางการและการนำเสนอที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการแก่ฝ่ายบริหาร จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบเพื่อการรายงานตามความจำเป็น
● เป็นผู้นำในการพัฒนาและการบังคับใช้ขั้นตอนและมาตรฐานการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
● การจัดการข้อมูลประจำตัวและการเข้าถึง: ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเฉพาะผู้ที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้นที่สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลและระบบที่ถูกจำกัด
● การจัดการโปรแกรม: ก้าวนำหน้าความต้องการด้านความปลอดภัยด้วยการใช้โปรแกรมหรือโครงการที่ช่วยลดความเสี่ยง เช่น แพตช์ระบบปกติ เป็นต้น
● ดำเนินการตรวจสอบเป็นประจำเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านความปลอดภัยเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
● ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการทั่วไปในโครงการตามความจำเป็น
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 39 years old
- Bachelor's degree
● Bachelor's or master's Degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or any related field.
● 3+ year up of IT experience
● Proficiency in network security principles, protocols, and technologies.
● Good command of English both spoken & written. (English skill, Shall be able to speak, read and write fluently.)
● Working knowledge in documentation is key task.
● Ability to work with little to no supervision.
● Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems and endpoint protection.
● Knowledge of cryptography, encryption, and VPN technologies.
● Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices for securing cloud environments.
● Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability management.
● Hands-on experience in IT security roles, such as security analyst, security engineer, or security architect.
● Experience with in infrastructure management, security controls and measures across various IT environments.
● Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement security solutions.
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
● Knowledge in Information Systems Security, Ethical Hacker, Information Systems Auditor would be advantage.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday to Friday, flexible time 8.30-17.00 or 9.30-18.00. Hybrid working operation, 1 day WFH. During probation period, WIO 100%)
