Interpreter (Japanese speaking) (35K-40K) (JO-180508-161733)
Work outline: Responsible as interpreter during the internal and external meeting as well as preparing necessary documents to support the sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for interpreting the meeting (internal & external) in Japanese-Thai-Japanese language with Senior Sales Manager and Thai Sales Staffs.
Mainly responsible for translating documents and daily reports into Japanese-Thai-Japanese and Japanese-English-Japanese language as assigned by HQ and Senior Sales Manager
To attend the market survey with Senior Sales Manager or/and Japanese visitor, including outside research as assigned. (Average 2-3 times per month)
To update and arrange the maintenance of website and Facebook management, including to correspondence with customers via social media (Facebook and Website) in Thai and English Language.
Working closely with Thai local sales and marketing team and coordinating with HQ
To research the electric appliance market; esp., rice cooker, and prepare the summarized report.
Other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 23-30 years
Bachelor's degree
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Knowledge of sales and marketing and international business management
Strong interpersonal skills, the initiative in the work of communication and negotiation and pro-active working style.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, such as excel, power point, words and outlook.
Can work as a team and can solve any problem
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet the deadline.
Preferable:
At least 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Bang chak
Working Hour: 9:00 – 17:45 (Monday – Friday)
