Work outline: interpreter tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support services to Japanese Executive
Ø Assist to planning, preparation and take minute of meeting
Ø Coordinate and support office administration tasks
Ø Performing all tasks as assigned from Japanese Executive
Ø Interpret and translate tasks
Ø Interpreting (Japanese to Thai / English and vice versa) during meetings and conversations
Ø Support and interpret for staffs who transfer to work in Japan (Business Trip)
Ø Translating documents (Japanese to Thai / English and vice versa)
Ø Support production line *not often*
Ø Secretarial Tasks
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 21-31 years
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø 3 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter and Translator
Ø Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ø Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ø Active and understand Japanese Culture
Preferable:
Ø Fresh Graduate are welcome
Languages skills
English: Preferable
Japanese: Business level
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:10 (Mon – Fri) *Sat 12 days per year depend on Company Calendar**
