About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for interpreter task and translator task for management team. Handle general administration task to support Executive Admin Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Translating documents and e-mail from Japanese to Thai and vice versa
Ø Interpret internal conference supporting JP management
Ø Visit client and supplier with Japanese MD, and support business meeting through interpreting
Ø Some secretary tasks to Japanese management
Ø Act as an interpreter for all office staffs as needed
Ø Perform other duties as requested by Management
Ø Other tasks as assigned
*Travel upcountry with management team and sometime spend a night upcountry as well. Transportation supported by the company
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female , 24-38 years
Ø Bachelor in Business Administrative degree or in Japanese Language, or equivalent degree from fully accredited programs.
Ø 3-5 years of experience as an Interpreter JPóTH and/or JPóENG
Ø Business level of Japanese communication skill
Ø Good interpersonal skill
Ø Able to work under pressure
Ø Adaptable to fast pace environment
Ø Multi-tasking skill
Preferable:
Ø Good personality
Ø Experience working with tough top management
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business level
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
