Work outline: Be in charge of Interpreter/Translator, and cost accounting which is new function in the company
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa in the office, especially support Japanese admin manager
Ø Support internal meeting and communication between Thai staff and Japanese manager, Japanese visitor from accounting consulting company
Ø Translate documents (English ⇔ Thai, Japanese ⇔ Thai)
Ø Create basic Excel documents to manage cost of production and other department
Ø Review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems
Ø Collect cost information for products and manage balance of budgets in Excel sheet
Ø Conduct data analysis of report with Japanese manager
Ø Manage the budgeting process, monitor and control costs, cash-flows with accounting team
Ø Other administration task might be assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality only, Male/Female , 21-28 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any faculty
Ø Advanced conversation level of Japanese (N3)
Ø Fresh graduate is welcomed
Ø Honest and humble person
Preferable：
Ø Good at calculating and has good Excel skill
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level
Workplace Area: Company bus (Sriracha, Central Chonburi, Bangseng)
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri) *Saturday working: Once in a month
