International Courier Manager (70K–120K) (SDG-115743)

<Job responsibilities>
Sales Strategy & Goal Achievement :
- Sales initiatives to meet and exceed departmental targets
- Develop and execute a strategic Sales plan focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Regularly analyze Sales performance, set clear goals, and identify areas for improvement.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and identify potential clients
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Visit prospective and existing clients and maintain relationships
- Attend key customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and address complex issues directly.
Quotation & Pricing Management :
- Prepare and issue quotations to customers, ensuring competitive rates to stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee accurate and timely billing for all customers to prevent errors and reduce complaints.
Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the courier team, including Japanese staff, to strategize on client acquisition and business expansion.
- Supervise Sales Coordinators, customer Service Representatives (Operation team), drivers, and sub-agents for quality Service execution.
Cross-Department & International Collaboration:
- Coordinate with company branches and sub-agents in other countries to solve issues, Negotiate rates, and streamline international operations.
- Other duties as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience as a sales in an International shipping and logistics company
- At least 3 years of experience an assistant manager or manager-level
- Conversational high in English, both written and spoken (Communicate and report with Japanese Directing manager manager and clients)
- Able to visit clients 1-2 days/week in the Bangkok area, Rayong, and Chonburi (Depending on the situation) by personal car
- Willing to Be on standby for Work overtime.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Every Sat 08.30-12.00 (Probation Period) Mon-Fri and Sat twice a month 08.30-12.00 (After Probation Period))
