Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Create internal controls and monitor adhering to them
Ø Address employee concern or question on legal compliance
Ø Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
Ø Well organized in documentation and making good report and analysis.
Ø Coordinate between Japanese management and local staff
Ø Proactively audit processes, practices and document to identify a weaknesses
Ø Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees
Ø Report to Management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in a related field of Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Ø At least 5 years of working experience in internal auditing or internal control
Ø Strong commercial / financial awareness; knowledge of risk control, compliance & information security and law/legal
Ø Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Ø Experience in writing internal policies, procedures
Ø Ability to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees
Ø Ability to work independently
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
