Instrument and Advance Control Engineer (30K–50K) (SDG-115879)
<Job responsibilities>
- Instrument and advance control engineering related to Design, specification, installation, and commissioning of new equipment or modification with final acceptance equipment test run
- Analyzing and Solving machinery problems in normal and urgent situations/cases or on-call for continuous operation of machinery and control system
- Complete corrective maintenance (CM) and predictive maintenance (PM) calibrating of all equipment and control systems such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed control system), SCADA (Supervisory control and Data Acquisition)
- Control and improve plant availability, and reliability are above 99%
- Evaluating and presenting a monthly maintenance summary report for Analysis and improvement of availability, reliability, Performance, and efficiency of machinery
- Monitor and control maintenance Cost versus plant KPIs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Control Engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in the field within the gas industrial, petrochemical or chemical industry
- Instrument and control maintenance knowledge.
- Planning control and Excellent communication skills to Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Present findings.
- Proficient in computer skills, AutoCAD, 3D, Microsoft Project, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed Control System), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and analyzer
- Conversational high in English to communicate with foreigners and able to use technical vocabulary via email and communicate
- Quality Management knowledge ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015
- Root cause Analysis, Strong Problem-Solving skills with the Ability to Propose and implement effective solutions.
- Cost Reduction skills, Proficiency in analyzing mechanical systems, and identifying areas for improvement.
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Working Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
