Work outline: Be responsible for sales of electronic component. (Mainly delivery)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Keep good relationship with existing clients and distributors.
Ø Sometimes visit client (industrial area) by company’s car (with driver) with Sales Manager 1-2days/week
Ø Response to customer purchase order in professional manner.
Ø Coordinate with customers to create effective delivery plan.
Ø Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Ø Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Ø Take good care of client in case of failure.
Ø Other tasks to be assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only, age 24-29 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø More than 1 year experience of corporate sales, Sales assistant or import
Ø Experience in working in Japanese company
Ø Bright and social personality
Ø Excellent command of English (communicate with Japanese Sales Manager and people of overseas Group companies in Japan , Singapore, China, Hong kong, Malaysia etc. )
Preferable:
Ø Experience of sales in electrical parts company
Ø Japanese language skill
Ø Be good at figures
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
