Job Description
Import Officer (Japanese speaking) (30K-40K) (JO-180329-150746)
Work outline: Responsible for oversee all of process of import sea freight and air freight.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers, and shipping agents for purchasing issue
Monitoring shipment status and update to customers.
Coordinate with supplier's and customer for Customs privileges
Plan and arrange delivery shipment /products as per customer required
Responsible for control proceeding Import Customs Formalities Clearance, Coordinate with sales team, shipping agent, warehouse for customs clearance, billing and other related jobs
Prepare shipping documents as necessary for clearance
Prepare document related to import shipment
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 24-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
At least 1-3 years’ experience in Import-Export (Logistics)
Good knowledge in import and export process
Knowledge of invoice and shipment process

Preferable:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level


Workplace Area: BTS Sumrong
Working Hour: 7:30 - 16:30 (Monday – Friday with one Saturday per month)
